Botanico del Parco Genziana

Botanico del Parco Genziana by Enrico Toro Distillery captures the essence of gentian and rhubarb roots steeped separately to preserve their unique qualities. This Italian liqueur, based on a neutral grain spirit and sweetened with beet sugar, offers a complex aroma of lemon zest and fresh meadow. On the palate, expect a vivid dandelion character, balanced earthiness, and a distinctive bitter finish enriched with notes of lemon verbena, tonka bean, and lime oil. At 25% ABV, it is a refined choice for sophisticated cocktails like Spritzes or White Negronis.
